The new low-medium rainfall zone specialist

Pioneer® variety 44C79 is new from the leading Clearfield program in Australia.

A new variety that shows early flowering and a maturity range intermediate between 44C73 and 45C75 depending on seasonal conditions.

Locally tested and developed, 44C79 is better adapted than TT canola varieties to last the distance under stresses of harsh environments.

44C79 exhibits outstanding early vigour to get a jump on weeds and insect pests.

You’ll quickly learn the new opportunities from this early maturity canola type for winter grazing combined with excellent grain yield potential and oil content.

44C79 adds robust protection from blackleg disease with a different combination of resistance genes and our standard treatment with Jockey fungicide (blackleg rating of 7.0 P).
