Failure of the established crop or stand to persist to survive after this time (for whatever reason) is not covered under the Replant Extra program.
e) Purchasers should lodge claims for replanting under the Replant Extra program as soon as the establishment failure is determined to allow themselves the best replant opportunity. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
f) Seed provided under the Replant Extra program will be authorised, delivered and invoiced (under normal trading terms) during the same crop year/season that the original product was purchased (irrespective of when the original crop is replanted).
g) Claims will be allowed where a complete paddock (or the majority of a paddock) sown using best management practices has failed to establish a satisfactory crop of plant stand (to the customer’s satisfaction) for any reason.
h) All claims under the Replant Extra program (each paddock) shall be subject to verification and approval by Pioneer or an agent appointed by Pioneer.

In these cases Pioneer shall have no obligation to provide any replant offer should chemical, livestock, diseases, pests or other events cause damage to (or loss of) the established crop or stand.
n) The decision of Pioneer, or any of their representatives or agents, shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
